All the SPD tab of CPU-Z shows is what is programed to the modules for JEDEC specs, it is pretty generic.
The SPD is only involved when you are booting at full auto, like with a new mobo or after a clear CMOS.
All that is going on is one of the kits has an older SPD, it won't harm anything.
The important thing is that you are running at DDR3-1866 as shown on the memory tab.
