since the beginning of November I'm waiting for my replacement (RMA #944215).
Today we have the 15th of March and I'm still waiting.
Why does it take such a long time?
I tried to find out what is going on with this RMA, using the ticket system.
At January, 21st Briana Wallace wrote that "...it looks like..." the item is on back order and that the "...order for replacement has been created. ..." and that it will last another one or two weeks. She also wrote that she will confirm this information with the shipping department, and that I will get informed.
Until February, 20th nothing happend, and I asked again without response. So I tried it once more at Februay the 25th.
Then at February, 26th I got the response that I will hear back from the support department as soon as the necessary
informations will have been provided from the supervisor.
It seems to me that until today nothing happend at all.
I really don't like to say this, but I start losing my patience.
What is going on at Mushkin?
Are there problems with the back order of this product (Scorpion Deluxe 1920GB),
or does there exist any other reason for the delay?
Why can't I get some hard information?
Please let me know when the MKNP44SC1920GB-DX will approximately be available.
A bit strange: I opened this account yesterday and I wrote only this one post you are reading right now.
In my profile I can find two more posts from about 11 months ago I never made.
It seems that two accounts got mistakenly mixed.
My SSD-Card arrived at mushkin at 4th of November 2013.
Today we have the 29th of March 2014 and I'm still waiting.
Will I really ever see my SSD-Card back??
