Hi I sent my SSD to you with the Rma on it but you don't show it as received why. The ticket was opened the I shipped like two days latter but for some unknown reason my ticket says closed why? The label was printed from paypal and it shows the RMA on it I still have a copy the tracking number is 9400109699939103225010 please inform me on the status thank you

From what I can see on your ticket, the old drive was received and the replacement order for a new drive was create on 7/24/2013.
What I can't see is whether it has shipped, I won't be able to find that out until Monday when the office is open.
