Hello,

I am having problem, Someone named Briana Wallace is saying that since I don't have the product to return I cannot be given a replacement? I am stunned at this.I showed all the proof gave all the details still, staff is not being helpful to me, I need to build my computer again and I don't have money to buy it again now, If you could help me with my replacement it will be much helpful :(

Hi,

From what I understand with your case the CPU caught on fire and burnt everything inside the system.
Unfortunately because the SSD was in a fire I will unable to offer any help.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
