One of my co-worker made a ticket on Nov. 29th about the Notebook memory.
But he didn't get a reply from Mushkin.
So I made a ticket again for the RMA few weeks ago but didn't get any reply.
I have attached the results of MemTest86 and serial numbers.
Please answer this topic or reply the ticket to my email account as soon as possible.
I have the same experience with Mushkin. The only reason I know that the ticket was submitted is that I tried for a third time over the course of two weeks and the third submission was REJECTED because of TOO MANY SUPPORT REQUESTS. Nice. Hope Mushkin is doing right by you.
