Glad I looked at this forum - I think.
What is learned is that Mushkin's ticketing system isn't working for lots of people... In fact, all of the topics in this forum are about ticketing system failures.
I have the same experience. The only reason I know that the ticket was submitted is that I tried for a third time over the course of two weeks and the third submission was REJECTED because of TOO MANY SUPPORT REQUESTS. Nice.
If Mushkin is reading this, please note your ticketing system isn't working (at least not for everyone).
And would you ping me about my own (2) tickets?
